The Scap & Cuff TrainerTM was designed for strengthening and stabilization of the shoulder joint and girdle. It features a 12 oz. weighted ball that can be oscillated while performing isometric and isodynamic exercises. As the user accelerates and decelerates the ball while keeping it on plane, it challenges the whole shoulder complex. Exercises can be performed in combination with an exercise ball, foam roller or BOSU® Balance Trainer.
