Description
Works under the supervision of the Manager of Rehab. Works collaboratively with the manager and is responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned unit. Coordinates, monitors, evaluates and improves the delivery and quality of clinical care on the unit. Accountable for standard of patient care and practice in multi-disciplinary care setting.
Skills
Basic Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. degree in clinical field. Current State licensure/certification/registration or documented eligibility.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum two (2) years of progressive leadership experience and/or five (5) years of clinical experience with management career goals. BLS for Health Care Provider from the American Heart Association required by start date.
Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience is highly preferred.
