| Description Responsible for the assessment; planning; implementation; and evaluation of all physical therapy modalities to patients. All duties and standards within this document will be performed according to established policy; procedures; and guidelines within the department and organization. Qualifications REQUIRED LICENSURE: FL Physical Therapy and FL drivers license. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: One year physical therapist. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master's degree. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION : BLS. |
