Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is a licensed therapist in PT with a clinical expertise in a Women's Health (Incontinence and Pelvic Pain). A program coordinator acts as a resource to staff to improve the quality of patient care provided by all therapists, educates SCH professional staff and medical staff in area of expertise, markets services to internal and external customers, monitors therapy clinical outcomes of specialty area, stays abreast of current literature/research, and develop the service/program utilizing evidence-based protocols/practices.

Requirements include:

• 1-2 years Physical Therapy experience in Women's Health required


• Advanced certification/credentialing in program specialty from a recognized professional organization or meet the requirements and obtain certification within 6 months. If no certification/credential is recognized for specialty then significant post-graduate education and training will be considered.


• Demonstrates professional qualities of accountability, integrity, altruism, compassion and social responsibility


• Good communication skills: an understanding and ability to read and write English


• Good team player, sound judgment, patient-focused


• Good organizational and time-management skills


• Able to work independently
