Physical Therapist – Inpatient

The Physical Therapist evaluates, establishes goals, develops therapy plans and provides inpatient treatment to patients with physical disabilities or limitations.  Is responsible for patient and family education, timely and accurate documentation and ongoing communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Requirements include PT certification and IL license, with good communication skills and the ability to be a team player.  Wound care experience is preferred or an interest in wound care.
