Under moderate supervision, evaluates patients, plans, and administers patient treatments to relieve pain and restore or improve function, based on physician referral.

Minimum requirements include:  Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, current MD license, and at least one year of experience in an inpatient setting.  Therapist must possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse interdisciplinary team.
