Physical Therapy Opportunities

Opportunities are available for experienced physical therapists II and physical therapist assistants. All candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent
• Licensure to practice physical therapy in Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia
• National Provider Identification (NPI)
• BLS certification

Physical Therapist II requirements:

• Three years of full-time practice experience as a licensed physical therapist in a clinical setting
• Clinical expertise in a particular area gained either through extensive experience, certification through an accrediting organization, or post graduate degree from an accredited university with a specialty focus
• Enrollment in PECOS

• Job number 104504 – Falls Church, Virginia (on-call)

Physical Therapist Assistant requirements

• Requires associate degree in physical therapy approved by American Physical Therapy Association
• Licensed or license eligible in the appropriate jurisdiction
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
• Job number 104973 – Washington DC (full-time)
