Job Description:
Registered Physical Therapist, Staff Relief, Outpatient Rehabilitation.
A Registered Physical Therapist in Outpatient Rehabilitation Services is responsible for the examination, evaluation, assessment and intervention of patient's condition. They are responsible for implementing a plan of care to achieve functional short term and long term goals in conjunction with a patient based upon a physician's orders. They are responsible for treating rehabilitation outpatients of all age categories.
Experience:
FL PT License, BLS and Pediatric experience required.
