PHYSICAL THERAPIST

We are looking for an energetic, team-oriented Physical Therapist who will plan and implement individualized treatment programs for our adult and geriatric patients on a rehabilitation floor within the hospital setting. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Physical Therapy, along with IL PT licensure and CPR certification. New grads and experienced therapists welcome!
