As the Rehabilitation Manager, you will administer and direct therapeutic procedures utilized in rehabilitation, as well as oversee clinical, professional, technical and clerical staff while establishing, tracking and monitoring goals, expectations and objectives for the Rehabilitation Department.

The ideal candidate will have a current license or registration for practicing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology in California, 3 years of professional clinical experience in rehabilitation services with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity, and knowledge of principles, practices, trends, techniques and laws/regulations related to rehabilitation services and program management. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
