All duties and standards within this document will be performed according to established policy; procedures and guidelines within the department and organization. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. REQUIRED LICENSURE: FL Physical Therapist. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year physical therapist experience.
