Shady Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 130-bed facility located in Montgomery County on the medical campus next to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. The nursing center provides a variety of care options, including comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services, and assisted living. Please consider joining our team within this leadership role.

While optimizing the delivery of care, the Director of Rehabilitation Therapy serves as a resource to therapy staff, and collaborates with clients’ families to implement rehabilitation plans that include behavioral, residential, social, and/or employment goals.

To qualify, you must possess a BS or MS degree in PT, OT or SLP; Maryland State licensure; BLS Allied Health Professionals & AED certification; a minimum of three years of experience; strong leadership and organizational skills; and the ability to work independently and handle a multi task environment.
