The goal of this program is to inform the physical therapy practitioners of the different types of headaches and describe various treatment options for each. After reading this module, you will be able to —

• Differentiate between migraine and tension-type headache disorder symptoms and their typical presentations.
• Understand medicinal treatments for headache disorder and the importance of adherence to medicinal protocols. 
• Understand evidence-based treatments for headache disorders and integration into evaluation and treatment.
